CHRISTINE COLLISTER - 'FEMININE LOGIC' CD. £10 plus P&P

NEW ALBUM OF ORIGINAL SONGS

Christine's latest album is made up entirely of original songs - a first for Collister - the majority of which she's also recorded and self-produced since leaping on the Logic bandwagon. There are two tracks written in LA with Mike Slamer, one with fellow Daphne's Flight vocalist Helen Watson, and several with Rob Cross, Christine's current touring guitarist/singer.

"Give It All Away", (which you can listen to here) is one such song, and also features the extra-ordinary talents of fellow Manxie and now international guitar phenomenon Davy Knowles. You can also see Christine singing a beautifully spontaneous John Martyn cover with Davy here: http://vimeo.com/4663093

"WAITING ON THE WORLD TO CHANGE EP" brings together over 30 artists to celebrate the first Green TT

Waiting On World
Available from June 12th

This unique recording has been organised to help promote the TTXGP - the world's first zero carbon clean emission Grand Prix race which takes place as part of this year's TT festival on the Isle of Man.

The enhanced CD is available for just £5, with all proceeds going to the Manx Grand Prix Helicopter Fund. It also features previously unheard bonus songs by three of the artists featured on the title track, as well as a video of the title song. But this is no ordinary production – each of the the artists featured were recorded in the open air at different locations around the Island and it's this footage that goes to make up the video. Read the article in the Manx Independent about the project here
